Bridal FAQ's

  1. When is the showroom open?

    We are open, Tuesday to Friday 9am – 8pm and 10am -5pm on Saturdays. Appointments are necessary so please do book before you visit us. 

  2. How long is an appointment?

    Bridal appointments are for one hour.

  3. Can I bring guests to my appointment?

    Yes! Brides-to-be can bring up to four guests to their appointment. 

  4. How do I book a bridal appointment?

    Simply request an appointment online or call our team on 0207 680 9716. Appointments are necessary so please book before visiting us.

  5. Do you charge for appointments?

    For Saturdays and 7pm evening appointments only, we charge a £20 non- refundable deposit for your first appointment.

Online Purchase FAQ's

  1. I’ve not received an order confirmation?

    Please check your spam and junk folders. If you are still having trouble retrieving your emails from us please contact our Customer Care team on 0207 680 9716.

  2. Can I have my dress delivered to an alternative address to my billing address?

    Yes. There is an area within the checkout process where you will be able to add an alternative shipping address, please make sure you fill this in correctly as we won't be able to change the shipping address once your order has been dispatched. The alternative address will also require a signature upon delivery. 

  3. What credit / debit cards do Catherine Deane accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Mastercard World Signia.

    All payments are processed via a secure checkout system provided by WorldPay. 

  4. Can I speak to someone about the styles I’m interested in before I make my purchase?

    Of course. Our dedicated bridal team will be happy to help, please call Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm (GMT) for all your bridal queries answered. 

  5. Can I order if I live outside of the EU?

    While we don't generally ship outside of the European Union, we may be able to help if you have your heart set on an item. We have to take each query as it comes in this instance but please contact the bridal team for further assistance. 

  6. What currency will I be paying in?

    All purchases will be charged at GPB (British Pound Sterling). 

  7. What do I do if I’ve received an item and it’s faulty?

    In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will organise a replacement to be shipped out to you. Contact information can be found here.

  8. I’ve changed my mind on my order, what do I do?

    Don't worry! If your order hasn't been dispatched, we will be able to cancel or amend your booking instantly. Simply contact our Customer Care Team on orders@catherinedeane.com or call 0207 680 9716.

    If your order has already been dispatched you will have to wait for your order to arrive and then simply book a return via our free returns service. You can book this by clicking here
